Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that  Returned items will not be accepted without first requesting a refund. Please note that if you live outside of Spain, shipping of your items may take longer than expected.

Damages and incidents :Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Item Types : Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items  Personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item.   Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new article .  

3-day withdrawal period in the European Union: Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union , you have   You have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without explanation . Your item must be in the same condition.     in which you received it, without Used, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.     

 

Refunds : We will notify you once we have received  and reviewed your return to inform you whether the refund was stolen or not. If approved, your refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company   It may also take some time for credit card payment refunds to be processed and posted. It's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.
